Email Revamp

Product Lead: Linda

Email Revamp is a system update that concerns email delivery according to the conditions as well as content adjustments to current needs. The main requirement is to add suggestions in several forms on several email interfaces along with the UTM. This feature only provides for desktop and responsive UI only.

Technical Requirements

Header & Footer

The header only contains the Arkademi Logo. The footer contains information about where to get the Arkademi mobile application, Arkademi social media, and Arkademi address.

1. New Account Created

New user will get email after creating the account.

2. This link redirects to the Arkademi page.

2. Order Placed

After checkout, the order will be created and the customer will get an order email.

1. Sales price.
2. Payment Details contains coupon codes, Arkademi coins, and unique codes.
3. Payment Instructions. The content differs based on the bank.

After payment, customers will get a payment confirmation email. Don't forget about the contact link redirected from "disini".

4. Sertificate and Review

Users will get an email when they complete the class and the email also contains a request for customers to review the class.

1. Ask customer to review the class.
2. Button redirect to see the sertificate.
3. Recommendation list. This list depends on the class the customer took, and there has been a list created by the BizOps team.
